Titako Oy was found in 1991. It's site is locating in Lempäälä. About 20 km south from Tampere in Finland / Northern Europe.

Titako Oy operates mainly in Finland.

Our Customers are big and moderate size manufacturers, mainly from metal industry. These are for example
Metso Paper Oy, Moventas Oy, Sandvik Mining and Construction Oy and AGCO Sisupower Oy.

The Company developes and delivers EDP-programs (software) for engineering-, furniture- and plastic industry.

Also we give services as training, consulting and product maintenance. Our aim is to serve our customers as partners. By using our services our customers can increase their productivity and simplify their operations. This leads to more effecient production. We advise our customer when they are investing to CAD/CAM -software. This includes consulting for managers, needs checkout, making budgets and controlling the investment project.

Also we do training for all software we deliver. This training is separated to user training when the software is new. And maintenace training when updates or version are delivered.

Also we have calling center - fast support for maintenance agreement customers. Maintenance includes calling center, new versions from software, installation aid, and reduction from seminars and training.

Postprocessors
What is postprocessor?: It is small EDP-program (software) which converts CLDATA-format file to format for specific CNC-controllers NC-program.
Supported operating systems: VAX/VMS, AIX, UNIX, DOS and Windows

Supported systems: EXAPT, WorkNC, CATIA, Anvil-5000 and other CLDATA productive systems

EXAPTplus CAD/CAM-software is included to our broad product range. CAD - software is used for Computer Aided Desingn and CAM - software is used for Computer Aided Manufacturing.
EXAPT plus CAM - softwares are aheaded to fast ja shopfloor oriented production of NC-programs for most of general manufacturing methods. These are for example: turning, drilling, boring, milling, 3D milling, flamecutting, measuring, wire-eroding, rotational grinding. In EXAPT -software there is also

NC-Editor.
On the area of production data administration we have products for maintaining of manufacturing datas, technlogy datas, tool datas and information transfer to CNC-machines in NCV system.
Into EXAPT plus CAD -area there are products EXAPT Solid and CADI -for CAD-data handling.

WorkNC
is automatic 3D CAD/CAM -system. It offers automatic NC-toolpaths for die-, mould-, model-, presstool- and other tollmanufacturers. Is supports CAD surface and solid volume models.

SolidWorks
is leading 3D solid modeller, a CAD software for engineering and construction designing and much more...

CIMSOURCE
is tooldatabase. It includes tool information from several tool vendors.

ConiferROB
is tool for creating toolpaths for standard industrial robots like KUKA and ABB. ConiferRob is used in companies like AUDI, BMW and Metso Steels.
